ABOUT

Reno Virtual Enterprises LLC is a tool to help you with your everyday business needs along with specialty tasks to make your goals a reality.  Having a Virtual Assistant to help you with everyday duties like email or data entry can ease your mind on the priorities of your business. I have strived for almost 10 years to be the best at what I do and that is being detail oriented, precise, and efficient.  One of the greatest passions I have is Organization.  Yes I know a weird passion to have but it's true!  I have held positions from law enforcement to administrative assisting which afforded me the opportunity to learn a variety of different skills that meet the needs of most companies looking for a Virtual Assistant.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You can expect to have top notch attention to the duties of your company.  I will create a special plan that meet the expectations you have to make sure your organization is running at its peak performance!

MY BACKGROUND

I have an Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College and I also hold a Bachelors of Liberal Studies Degree from Arizona State University.

I recently held a position at Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (LNI) as a Revenue Agent 1.  I was the first point of contact for account receivable debt collection.  I would navigate databases, computer programs, and the internet simultaneously while producing and taking phone calls and adhereing to state laws.

I have private sector experience as an Administrative Assistant for Strategic Consulting Services Inc.  I provided technical and administrative support to over 100 Vocational Counselors and Management.  I received, evaluated, and determined correct action for incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.  Within this position processing forms, researching information for Vocational Counselors, and utilizing basic office equipment and software like Microsoft Office including Word and Excel was a daily occurrence.  I would create and manage company spreadsheets with the Vocational Counselor and client information.

I also have experience working with LNI as a Customer Service Specialist II.  I gained an understanding of a variety of administrative and business related material.  This includes familiarity with preparing and initiating correspondence, maintaining confidential records and files, organizing and scheduling meetings and conferences from 25 guests to over 250 guests, maintaining executive calendars, processing travel arrangements, and upholding confidentiality and professional customer service at all times.  I would prepare, format, edit, and proofread meeting minutes before finalization.

I can speak effectively to a group and convey pertinent information as well as develop written information concisely.  I am expert in working daily with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (2003/2007), Access, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, among others.

I am licensed in the state of Washington.

PERSONAL

FUTURE PLANS

I plan on joining International Virtual Assistant Association which is a membership organization for Virtual Assistants.  I am also currently in the process of getting specialized continued education training to enhance my skill sets through Universal Class.
